One more thing that I noticed right now: after copying desktop file to my home local folder the launcher appears when I open my .local/share/applications folder in Dolphin. It appears only at that moment and when opening chrome it shows up as a second launcher (it doesn't merge with the former one, made from the desktop file in the root directory). Then, after closing it disappears again.
