Yes, I'm sure. :) We already have per-panel adaptive opacity, so you can
already accomplish what you want to do, as far as I can tell. Allowing people
actually control the *amount* of opacity is super visual overkill. :) This is
what we have themes for. Theme authors make those kinds of decisions.
