Thank you, I was fixed this problem by following these steps:
Delete:
%AppData%\kdenlive\
%LocalAppData%\kdenlive\
%LocalAppData%\kdenliverc
%LocalAppData%\kxmlgui5\kdenlive\kdenliveui.rc
