hm, the thing is that I started your layout six times in my system and I can
not reproduce. I dont think this is related to KWin. Try to start Latte from
command line with: "latte-dock -d --with-window"
when the problem appears take a screenshot of Debug Window, if it does not fit
in screenshot please scroll it down and take a secondary screenshot.
