Yes chekbox "Enable compositor on startup" enable

when I checked applications that started automatically, I discovered that I had
an application by default called active yakuake, a kind of suspended terminal
and I disabled it to do some tests and when removing it, the effects stopped
deactivating at system startup. I turned off and on the notebook several times
with it enabled and not enabled and in fact the Yakuake is somehow interfering
