Don't set the theme if it hasn't changed
Changing the theme taks about two seconds on my system, so let's
not do
Which also fixed the problem that changing ticking those checkboxes took 2
seconds because all the widgets got a new style applied.
Really changing the theme would still crash for people with a version of Qt
that shows the crash -- mine doesn't.
