Thanks for the report. Can you please upload a screenshot or video of the issue
you're seeing. I've just reset kate to defaults and can't see where this +100
button is.
I've set this bug to NEEDSINFO. When you reply, please change the bug back to
REPORTED so we know it's ready for investigation or RESOLVED/WORKSFORME if the
issue is now resolved.
