Kdenlive 20.12.3 on Windows lacking translation

This is how Kdenlive 20.12.3 with Japanese translation looks on Windows 10
20H2. Almost 2/3 of the translations are now gone, in the exact same way as the
Chinese version. I think something is definitely wrong.
