--- Comment #11 from Nate Graham <n...@kde.org> --- We had a phab task for that but I can't find it anymore. :/ TBH people seemed pretty burned out on the scrollbar stuff by the time we finalized the current finally-consistent approach, so I dunno how much desire there will be to revisit the situation. :) I think the status quo makes some intuitive sense though: on the desktop, you get traditional desktop-style scrollbars, while on mobile, or on the desktop with touch, you get skinny mostly-disappearing mobile-style scrollbars. I don't think there's really that much demand for mobile-style scrollbars on the desktop.
