SUMMARY
Wrong desktop render after session startup on xorg
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable second display in kscreen
2. Shutdown session and login again
3. Wait till desktop loads
OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop and task panel renders normally
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch linux (5.8.9-zen2-1-zen)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1
Mesa: 20.1.7
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Bug appeared after packages update (pacman -Syu).
Bug not present with wayland session. Only with xorg.
WORKGROUND
Disable and enable again second display in kscreen after session login (works
till session shutdown)
