I made a download test on Win7 and Win10 (2004). On both PC's the download is
working. This seems to be an issue on your end, maybe with the provider or VPN.
The link from https://kdenlive.org/en/download/ should direct to
https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/kdenlive-20.04.1.exe and not to a
Chinese server.
Please try this link
