SUMMARY
Download link on "https://kdenlive.org/en/download/"; redirected to
"https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/kde-application/kdenlive/release/kdenlive-20.04.1.exe";,
which is unavailable now. It times out before download starts.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use an Asian IP, I'm in Taiwan, but when I VPN to Japan, it redirected me to
the same link. So maybe VPN to get a Japnese IP.
2. Go to "https://kdenlive.org/en/download/"; and download Windows version.
3. Wait until it times out.
OBSERVED RESULT
The download link times out
EXPECTED RESULT
Start downloading the installer.
