SUMMARY
Once the taskbar's widgets are locked, I can no longer edit the taskbar. Right
click on any space of the taskbar only offers to edit the widget's setting but
nothing else.
I found one workaround though:
Right click on the desktop -> Configure Desktop -> Tweaks -> Show the desktop
toolbox -> Unlock Widgets
IIRC one was offered to unlock the widgets within the context menu opened by
any right click on the taskbar.
