SUMMARY
When setting Toggle window switching to the center of left side of screen, it
does not toggle the switcher. When setting a second position to *any* position
for toggling, the switcher is toggled
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings -> Workspace Behavior -> Screen edges
2. Remove all active corner settings (or default)
3. Set left side center as "Toggle window switching" and "Apply"
4. Push mouse pointer to left side, center screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Left side highlights with blue, window switcher appears.
