SUMMARY

After a fresh installation of Manjaro KDE 20.0.3, Plasma started to glitch
(freezing) for ~10 seconds after I gave a little more "heavy load" to my
notebook. The notebook was connected to the power grid.

By "heavy load" I mean copying 20Gb of data from Android to laptop.

As soon as the copy process started and I saw a notice about how the copy
process was going, Plasma would periodically freeze, and sometimes the system
just freezes for ~10 seconds, and there was nothing left but wait.

I also noticed that if I somehow interacted with Plasma, it only made things
worse, like when I was adjusting the sound or brightness, because the
logo/animation of the sound/brightness adjustment appeared on the screen and
Plasma was freezing even more.

I was able to completely solve the problem by disabling 'tlp':

1) sudo systemctl stop tlp
2) sudo systemctl disable tlp
3) reboot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just copying some stuff and interact with Plasma components
