Neither are the original authors of the manual credited, so I guess we should
add a credits page to the manual, with a section for the translators. For the
translations of the actual application, we often don't _know_ the translators,
since it's mostly the head of the translation team who pushes the translations
to websvn. I'm not sure what to do there.
