SUMMARY
When you click on the three dots, a context menu opens:
* Share file, ring my phone, browse this device, sms message
This context menu stays open in the plasmoid until one of its items is clicked.
It won't close by closing the plasmoid popup or clicking somewhere else.
It would be convenient if it did so.
