SUMMARY
this morning I can't do any more any action that requires privileges: can't
connect to network (a popup show "not authorized to control network", update
software or shutdown/reboot from gui. but if I open konsole i've no problem and
I can do anything as usual

i don't know how to reproduce

can't do anything that requires privileges

can do as usual

Linux/KDE Plasma: kubuntu 20.04

if i login with another user, it works with no issues
