My computer shows pngs just fine, that isn't the issue. Close this ticket so I
don't waste anymore time. You haven't fixed the issue, you don't know how to
troubleshoot and your customer service is highly lacking. I'm going back to
Adobe, which is a product that actually works. And THEY can read.
