Looks like what's happening here is that the desktop context menu action
respects the "confirm logout" setting, while ctrl+alt+delete does not.

This seems like a bug to me, but upon investigation, it's possible that it's
intentional since there's a companion "log out without confirmation" command
(ctrl+shift+alt+delete).

Still, I think it should probably respect the user's setting and make "log out"
do the same thing as "log out without confirmation" when you have "confirm
logout" unchecked.
