the latter wouldn't be too hard; it might even be made generic, a way to add
all dockers as popup buttons to the toolbar. But that would be a (new) wish
bug. If the issue with the cursor also happens in other applications (I
wouldn't have noticed, because I use three applications on macOS, Terminal,
Krita and Firefox...), then it's not a bug in Krita, I'm afraid.
