The lock button tooltip seems to indicate its function is to disable a zooming feature. Is that correct? 2. If a user activates the lock button because they are sure they don't want the items to exhibit any zoom effect, why does that indicate that they want the Task Manager's "Show tooltips" option to be disregarded? 3. If a user activates the lock button because they are sure they don't want the items to exhibit any zoom effect, why does that indicate that they want the Task Manager's "Highlight windows when hovering over tasks" option to be disregarded? 4.
