SUMMARY
while previously working and still working in other programs and also in the
krita scratchpad (image 2), brushes still produce blobby and unsteady lines on
the canvas (see attached image 1).
after uninstalling, reinstalling. uninstalling wintab and reinstalling, and
restarting multiple times, bug still persists. after changing the pen driver
from wintab to windows ink allows for one stroke to be smooth before going back
to blobby. tablet tester shows that it has relatively consistent pressure
recorded.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I think this bug began after I switched on the temporarily save changes to
presets. But still persists after turning it off and is not a consistent bug.
