SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set In point and Out point
2. Render only selected zone
OBSERVED RESULT
Render finishes right away and the resulting clip is only a few milliseconds.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should render the entire selected zone.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Rendering the Full project works fine. It just happens when rendering selected
zone. Used the latest Windows version as of June 22, 2019.
