DESCRIPTION
Add a centered zone in the title bar where put decorations. There are currently
two: one at the left and another at the right.
Having a centered zone will make users used to others OS feel more comfortable,
because currently there is no way to put, for example, the application
icon/menu left to a centered title bar. Or having the window title at the left,
next to the icon (like MS Windows does).
POSSIBLE IMPLEMENTATION
A possible can be making the windows title a decoration and adding a center
zone where put decorations.
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot add buttons to the middle of the title bar.
EXPECTED RESULT
Can add buttons to the middle of the title bar.
