I opened a similar ticket on this bug too 2 days ago... It MUST be resolved as
soon as possible, as discover is now the default (and only) app installer
installed on Kubuntu.
Kubuntu 16.04 is a LTS... I'm chocked that it has been released with a such
feature broken (a newbie would potentially not be able to install anything else
with this bug...).
I'm waiting for the correction... In the meanwhile, I will deal with apt-get
install and the "reborn" muon package manager.
