--- Comment #72 from achat1...@free.fr --- Hello, Here is a ruby script which will modify the plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc file to ensure all panel are set to be on the "primary" display (as this is my config - external monitor is set primary when connected and all my panels are on it - laptop screen is primary when external monitor is not connected). All the script does is switching the lastScreen entry to 0 for the sections (containments) relevent to panels. Then a bash script which backs up existing config file, executes the ruby scrip and restarts plasma. The ruby script can easily be changed for other config. Works every time here so far.
