CentOS 6.x is frozen to Glibc 2.12. Updateing to more recent Glibc will require to rebuild the whole system. I will never do that. This want mean that we will to use CentOS 7 when we want to switch to QWebEngine. I solved the QtWebKit huge memory allocation while compiling. This is now stabilized to 1 Gb to max.
