All the textbox does is go red STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create new file 2. Create new worksheet 3. Right click on the worksheet in the project explorer, add new text label 4. Click on the button marked "TeX". OBSERVED RESULT The text box goes red and no text label is visible anymore. (see screenshot) EXPECTED RESULT I expect to be able to add some LaTeX code e.g. \frac{60}{40}. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: MacOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 18.10, Gnome 3.30.1 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I tried setting the typesetting engine to pdflatex, latex and lualatex and it all gives the same result.
