This stays busted for many many many months and it doesn't seem to matter which Android phone someone tries with. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Plug-in android phone. 2. Attempt to open in file manager 3. Watch nice little meaningless error message. The file or folder udi=/org/kde/solid/udev/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1a.0/usb1/1-1/1-1.1 does not exist.
