I do not have libkf5newstuff I have libkf5newstuff-dev and it's not installed.
There are 4:4.14.38-0ubuntu3 libknewstuff2-4 and 4:4.14.38-0ubuntu3
libknewstuff3-4 and I assume by default that these are some old libraries.
