Ok, here is my proposed solution for this problem:

Detect if provider of email receiver enforce DMARC and if not, do not 
mangle from/sender headers. Ideally add option to bugzilla account 
configuration to enable/disable mangling from/sender headers.

This could fix problem when yahoo (and others) drop emails from kde 
bugzilla and also allow other non-yahoo (and non-etc...) users to 
receive normal emails as before.

Nicolás, what do you think about it?
