As I'm really unable to use such broken system. It is probably good that users can report Kopete bugs into KDE bugzilla, but really useless if those who want to fix them cannot easily use such system. Please thing about it! Anyway, I do not understand why you have problem with signing DKIM with @kde.org domain key as lot of emails are normally received by gmail into INBOX (not SPAM!) which has different DKIM key as domain specified in email address in From: header. So there is probably broken also something else...
