--- Comment #38 from David Edmundson <k...@davidedmundson.co.uk> --- The notification spec allows one to mark notifications as persistent; but instead of being in the nice GUI, it's up to the app. On konversation you'll find name highlights are persistent and have the behaviour you want for all messages. There's an open report on moving that (somehow) to the UI in frameworks-knotifications/knotifyconfig. I do want to work on that. Glad the store works.
