It is easy to drag a tab out of a konsole window which then becomes its own
window. But it does not seem possible to have two konsole windows open with
multiple tabs in each window and then be able to drag a tab from one konsole to
the other.
Expected behavior:
If it is the only tab in the source window the source window should close and
the tab should become active in the destination konsole window becoming a new
tab there.
If it is *not* the only tab in the source window then the source window should
remain open with one less tab and the dragged tab should become active in the
destination konsole window (becoming a new tab there)
