Steps to reproduce:
1) unpack my xmlsec1.tar.bz2 to win32libs KDE blueprints,
2) run "craft xmlsec1" in powershell
Result:
Undefined references to many gcrypt functions.
Additional info:
mingw compiler on 64 bits
