This muon updater issue has been solved today.
It looks as if the cause was a hanging update of "libreoffice-l10n-de" which
now has been solved today and this as a consequence seems to have solved the
muon updater issue.
So sorry for maybe causing unnecessary library entries and thank you anyway.
