I have just done a clean install of Kubuntu 17.04 on my Dell XPS 13 with
Synaptics touchpad. Everything touchpad related worked on 16.10 previously.
Now changing setttings in System Settings doesn't work anymore. No changes
actually take effect. I tried changing scrolling direction, reconfigured
mouseclick emulation settings, disabled scrolling alltogether.... Nothing
worked so far. No changes were noticed.
