Okay, got the problem and temporary solution.
When I disable OpenGL in settings, krita run without problem and otherwise.
My PC :
Intel core i7 6600
NVidia GTX 970
Ram 8 GB
Windows 10 Enterprise
Currently still downloading debug.zip from
https://krita.org/en/item/krita-3-1-2-released/, will update when I got the
crash log.
Can I change the bug title? I think the problem is not about wacom cintiq, but
secondary monitor
