The problem has gone. Dunno what happen, krita just fixed itself, lol.
I just set my wacom as main display and used it for a couple of days (after I
reported the problem is on secondary display). Then today I test it again,
problem gone! I can create document in my secondary display.
This is weird, seriously. I got this problem at the first try, maybe 3 weeks
ago (first try krita and wacom cintiq) and stuck at it. Until I decided to
using linux mint. Back to windows again because hidpi on linux is unfriendly.
If I got this problem again, I will open it again.
Also about Dr._Mingw_debugger, I try it when issue occurred, but no crash log
recorded.
