knewfilemenu: refuse a name that the file system of the folder rejects

FAT, exFAT, NTFS and MTP storage do not allow < > : " \ | ? * in names.
Before this change, the dialog accepted such a name. For a new folder,
the vfat driver then failed the creation, while the ntfs3 and ntfs-3g
drivers created a folder that Windows cannot open. A new file goes
through CopyJob, which asked to replace the characters only after the
dialog closed.

The dialog now shows an error and disables OK when the name holds one of
these characters and the folder is on one of these file systems.
