STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Hover the cursor over an active app's icon on the Panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
It takes a full second for the miniature of the window to appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
There's no reason for the miniature to take a full second to appear, because if
you hover the cursor from one app into other active apps' icons their miniature
appear instantaneously.
So making the first window miniature appear instantaneously will make it
consistent with that.
