DESCRIPTION
When using a split panel, shift+mouse_wheel does not scroll horizontally on the
right panel, only the left one. If the vertical scrollbar is also visible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder that overflows both vertically and horizontally.
2. Hold Shift+scroll works fine horizontally. But now open a split-view pane.
3. Focus the right side, hold shift+scroll no longer works horizontally.
OBSERVED RESULT
It scrolls vertically on the right pane.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should scroll horizontally.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
KItemListContainer::wheelEvent picks the axis only from the delta direction and
vertical scrollbar visibility. It ignores Shift.
