Pushed by ngraham into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. libtaskmanager: Re-filter launchers when a window changes screen Activated launchers are hidden based on whether a matching window passes the other filters, but launcher rows were only re-evaluated on row insertion/removal or AppId changes. With filterByScreen enabled, moving a window to another screen therefore left its launcher hidden on the old screen and visible (alongside the window) on the new one. Re-filter when ScreenGeometry changes while filtering by screen.
