When the battery is very low (<5%) fedora will give a warning that the laptop
low on battery with a sound. So far so good, but that happens periodically even
if you close the laptop. As a user, I want to choose when to charge my laptop
and not be annoyed every 5-15 minutes or so by it.
This could also be an issue of the laptop not going to sleep after being
closed, but i'm not sure.
