DESCRIPTION
`kwin_wayland: The main thread was hanging temporarily!` appears in the log
when graphical updates stall for a short amount of time.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just normal browsing of the internet or using the computer in dolphin or
konsole causes the main thread to hang from time to time.
OBSERVED RESULT
Static screen without any new painting going on with mouse cursor stuck in same
position.
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen to update as normal

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My computer was pretty snappy before kwin 6.7 something... i think around 6.7.3
but could have been earlier but definitely not in 6.6.x release. Hoping that it
was fixed in 6.8 I upgraded but the issue still persists so I am now reporting
it to hopefully get it resolved.
