Add "target valgrind" wrapper
To run a Valgrind tool from inside GDB, users had
to use:
target extended-remote | vgdb --multi
Simplify running Valgrind from inside GDB by
simply using:
target valgrind
The wrapper accepts Valgrind options, such as
--tool=helgrind
for example. The wrapper forwards the options to Valgrind
through vgdb --multi --vargs.
