            Bug ID: 527355
Summary: Feature request: Auto-set USB connection mode on
                    Android
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kdeconnect
      Version First unspecified
       Reported In:
          Platform: Other
                OS: Android 17.x
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: android-application
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

Background:
I often need to share my phone's internet with my 2 laptops, but doing it
wirelessly makes it heat up and loose battery super fast (Pixel users will
know), so I use a wired connection. Every time I plug the phone in, I need to
open the notification, select the right option, confirm with my lock screen.

Solution idea:
We have 2 devices, one with Plasma and one with Android.
If they are paired with KDE connect and connected via the Bluetooth backend,
I'd like to be able to configure KDEConnect to auto-set the connection type to
Internet sharing in android.
Idk how realistic is that, maybe an accessibility permission would make it
possible?
