DESCRIPTION
Since the plasma 6.8.0 update the Oxygen pointer changes it size when hovering
over search bars, links, buttons and Window borders, also without changing its
resolution.
The issue also only occurs in some applications, including Settings, Vivaldi,
Thunderbird and Wireshark, although it does not occur, when the window is not
focused.
When the bug occurs, the normal arrow pointer gets smaller, all other pointers
get bigger, as far as I've observed it.
The size resets when hovering over the desktop, the Task Manager, the cursor
selection menu in Settings and some other system UI.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the pointer to any Oxygen style.
2. Hover with the pointer over a link, search bar or button in one of the above
mentioned applications.
OBSERVED RESULT
Changes of the pointer size.
EXPECTED RESULT
No change of the pointer size.
