In my case, even the normal single-press latch does not work, but only with the shift-key, all the other modifiers do work for the normal single-press latch, for the lock-feature no modifier works: 1. Enable Sticky Keys. 2. Press and release Shift once. 3. Press `a`. Expected: `A` Actual: `a` `wev` shows that the following key event reaches the client without the Shift modifier: ```text sym: a (97), utf8: 'a' ``` The Sticky Keys sound is played when Shift is pressed, so Plasma appears to detect the interaction, but KWin does not apply or forward the latched Shift modifier to the application. This may be the same underlying issue as the lock-state problem described in this report, but it affects the normal one-shot latch as well, not only the locked state.
